With over 20 years of expertise in packaging, logistics, and exports, Ankaji Patil founded Gulmohar Pack-Tech India Pvt. Ltd. in 2004, driven by a passion for innovation and sustainability. Beginning with indigenous techniques, Ankaji soon understood the need for an up to date packaging that adhered to international requirements. This opened the door for cutting edge products offered under the solutions of Gulmohar Pack Tech brand that sought to meet both local and overseas standards.
During COVID, our focus shifted to sustainable packaging and tech integration, resulting in the formation of CarboMinds Pvt. Ltd. with Manoj Chaudhari and Prabhu Hiremath.

Ankaji, a first-generation entrepreneur, is the founder of Gulmohar Pack Tech India Pvt Ltd, bringing over two decades of expertise in the packaging industry. Since 2004, he has led the transformation of traditional packaging into innovative, efficient, and globally recognized practices. His comprehensive knowledge spans industrial packaging design, materials, and logistics, delivering tailored solutions that align with the highest industry standards.

Recognizing the importance of sustainability, Ankaji has extended his focus through CarboMinds, an initiative committed to developing environmentally friendly packaging solutions. By balancing performance with eco-conscious innovation, he aims to contribute meaningfully to a sustainable future for industries worldwide.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Ankaji is a passionate writer and values spending quality time with his family. An avid marathon runner with a strong commitment to fitness, he exemplifies a well-rounded and driven approach to both his personal and professional life.

Manoj Chaudhari | Co-Founder

With an unwavering passion for technology and innovation, Manoj has been at the forefront of transforming ideas into real-world solutions driving business growth and societal impact. He is committed to the mission of empowering customers to embrace & leverage cutting-edge technologies and is dedicated to making a lasting difference.

In addition to his role at Minutus Computing, Manoj founded CarboMinds, a sustainability-focused initiative committed to developing sustainable products and processes for industrial clients. Through CarboMinds, he leverages his expertise in technology to bring value to the unorganized sector, particularly in areas like packaging, with a focus on environmental responsibility and innovation.

Outside of his professional commitments, Manoj is an avid motorbike enthusiast, having embarked on numerous rides across India. He is also passionate about cricket, NFL, reading, and sketching.

He lives by the motto, “Leave it Better than You Found it,” applying this philosophy to both his personal and professional life.

Prabhu Hiremath | Co-Founder

Prabhu is a distinguished business leader with a diverse background encompassing Engineering & Manufacturing, Software, R&D Operations, Customer Support, Services Delivery, and Sales. Renowned for his ability to build impactful global partnerships, lead high-performing teams, and foster enduring client relationships, he is driven by a strong commitment to enhancing customer experiences and delivering lasting value. Prabhu excels in developing innovative solutions, shaping business models, and championing digital transformation initiatives.

As the Founder of Minutus Computing, Prabhu is dedicated to advancing technological innovation while ensuring the continuous delivery of exceptional value to both customers and employees.
